It is all about the perfect brushes

Hi my loves,

today I would like to introduce my May beauty favourites. If I have learned one thing during my long time on earth regarding beauty, then this: good brushes are essentials! And so we straightly go ahead to my first favourite:

1. Foundation Brush

Of course you can always apply any kind of foundation with your fingers, I also do the same when I am in a hurry, but it is much better to use a special foundation brush. This tool is perfect to work the foundation right into your skin and the result is better than just with fingers. This is something a Make-up Artist showed me a while ago. Now I usually work with brushes and I recently bought a new soft buffer. And if you think why the hell you should spend so much money on a simple brush: believe me, it is worth it! There are also some cheaper alternatives but in the end quality counts!

2. BB Cream

When it is finally spring you should start using sun protection at the latest. Normally you should always use it, also during winter. But now it is really time for it, nobody should leave the house without SPF now. I love the products from Clinique since years now because they are just ftting my skin requirements. When it is getting warmer I try to avoid using thick foundations. Instead I am using Tinted Moisturizers and BB Creams which I also apply with a foundation brush.

3. Bumble & Bumble Hair Products

I never thought that I will ever found a brand which is selling great shampoos and hair styling products. I have tried so so many products, expensive and also affordable ones, but I was never really satisfied with the results. Actually it is the same like searching for the right hairdresser I told you some days ago here. So I have been searching for good hairstyling products since years now and finally discovered the products from Bumble & Bumble. I am totally obsessed with the “Don’t blow it (H)air Styler” Styling Cream. I am not a friend of extended hairstyling actions so I always welcome products which promise to fix it quickly. You just need to apply a little bit of the cream into your towled dried hair and the rest will follow. A nice and wavy hairstyle. I also love other products from Bumble & Bumble such as the “Sunday Shampoo”. Just give it a try!

4. NARS Highlighter

Some weeks ago I discovered the products from NARS and I am a big fan now! So the love continues and I bought another beautiful highlighter. It is called “Riviera” and it has the perfect soft pink colour and a gentle glimmer. You can use it for universally like for your lips, cheeks and eyes. So the NARS highlighters are definitely my favourite ones.

5. MAC Huggable Lipcolour

The last thing in this list is the perfect nude lipstick I have found some days ago. Honestly I could never understand why everyone is wearing nude lips, I usually wear colours like red or pink but never nude. But I found out that nude shades are the perfect addition to your daily wardrobe (especially for job meetings). Nude shades are natural and just perfect your own lip colour and shape. With a little touch of glimmer it is a great choice! So I bought the MAC Touchè lipstick with a gentle soft colour, it has a really nice radiate!
