Stripes everywhere

Hi my loves,

I mentioned in one of my last posts that I hate it when bloggers are running after each new trend. Well, but this trend is quite different. Defending myself I have to say that stripes are not anything new. This trend is as old as fashion. It is the same every year: when it comes up to spring you will see a lot of stripes around. Maritime, coloured or even monochrome. Stripes are always a good choice, that’s for sure. And there is no other print (beyond Leo) I truly admire like this.

Stripes are perfect to style individually. If you are really brave you can actually try to wear a print mix. But you can also style it in a casual or elegant way as well. The combinations are limitless. There are 1000 of variations and each one is special. I always recommend the classic one: a striped shirt with jeans. You can never ever go wrong with this! How do you combine stripes? Please let me know! There are maybe some variations I have never heard of!?

For me stripes are also synonymous for spring, summer and a first ocean breeze. I can’t wait for the first warm wind to feel around my nose. Do you feel the same? Have you already booked your summer vacation? Where are you gonna go this time? I am curious.
