When in Füssen – A Fairytale

Hi my loves,

some time ago me and my hubby visited wonderful Tirol as well as the little cute town Füssen. I have to admit that I always wanted to see the famous castle “Neuschwanstein” since I was a little girl. You might know that the castle is the template for Walt Disney and you see it everytime as a leader when you are watching a Walt Disney movie.

So I was really disappointed when we finally arrived at the castle. There were no more tickets, they were all sold out. Yes, this was really stupid. I know that we could order tickets online before heading to the castle but we wanted to stay flexible and we didn’t know when we would visit Füssen exactly. Nethertheless this should not took us down so we spontaneously visited the other castle next door, castle “Hohenschwangau”. It is maybe not so pompous like “Schwanstein” but the tour was also very interesting and informative as well.

Füssen and the surroundings are very pretty and we are sure that this was not our last visit. But next time we will probably reserve some tickets before 🙂 Not to return empty-handed we took some fabulous pictures right in front of the famous castle. I decided to go for a casual but chic style this day. We actually wanted to climb over to “Neuschwanstein” and the footpath is 40 minutes long. The flat boots were just perfect. I have discovered this coat some weeks ago at the online shop from Maje. I have never heard of this label before. But I can only recommend this shop and all the beautiful things! My hubby was not so fascinated by the coat, he always said that it looks like an old bathrobe. Well, yes, fashion is always also a question of interpretation. That’s the good thing about it!  Additionally I have combined a simple black skirt and a striped cashmere sweater. I am also wearing the black 3.1 Phillip Lim bag the first time.
