L.O.V is in the air

you probably know this situation: you have seen a specific beauty product and it was definitely love at first sight. You can’t even stop thinking about it. You need this product immediately! Well, this is what happened when I first discovered the „Baked Highlighter“ from L.O.V. What a coincidence that the name is even similar 😉

Some while ago I discovered the new “L.O.V” cosmetic line. And I am a big fan since the beginning now. It is not only because of the great colour range it is even more about the looks. As you know I am also a huge lipstick junkie and I love to try new products.

The Winter Edition of L.O.V includes everything you need: some cool nail polish, eyeshadows in different metallic shades, a highlighter with the right tone for my winter pale teint and of course a lot of different lipgloss and lipsticks.

As mentioned above I really love working with highlighters at the moment. I already told you that I have some problems with my skin (very sensitive, very light and some impurities as well), for this reason it is even more important that the products truly fit. Some days ago I got the advice that I should avoid using powder after the foundation. This is what I did and what should I say?

I am more than happy because now my skin has a great glow again. And strobing is also a big trend, right? One thing I did not registered before was that every time I was using powder for getting away these oily parts my teint was getting even more pale and tired-looking. A big mistake!

Now I know that it is ok to have some shiny parts because it makes me look a little bit younger 😉 or just in my mind, but ok! So currently I use different highlighters, a mix of liquid and baked ones and put them on the neccessary points like cheekbones, nose, chin, some parts of my forehead and underneath my eyebrows.

The L.O.V highlighters are the last steps. I just put on the liquid and then the baked one, et voilà: that’s the result!
