Come on let’s go to the gym

Hi my loves,

so to be honest: how long do we keep our new year’s resolution? Well probably not a week at all. But it’s not the time to give it up! We still have to time to work for our bikini booty 2016. I know it is really hard to keep doing it. I feel the same. Sometimes I even have to force myself to get my ass to the gym. Especially now in winter. It is grey, cold and rainy. And the way to the gym is too long.

But I have tried to integrate my workout into my daily routine. I try to exercise almost every second day. One day break in-between. So even if I have to overcome my baser instincts several times I feel much better afterwards! Really! I am proud because I have done something good for my health and myself. It is worth it, believe me. Of course there are also days when I can’t even move any of my muscles and just wanna stay in bed all day long. Then this is exactly what I am doing. Staying in bed, relaxing and just enjoy. We are only human beings and it has to be allowed to enjoy things in life!

Constant control and abstinence just drives you crazy. So this is made for backfire. When you are always refuse things you only want it more and more and more! Whenever you have the opportunity you will take a portion for 3 then. That’s normal. That’s human beings behaviour. But behind you will be frustrated because the scale shows strange figures you don’t want to accept. This is the typical Jojo effect.

So this is the reason why I do not refuse myself anything. If I want to eat some chocolate, damn I eat it! And if I want to eat some fries, I eat them too. And most important: I do not regret it! Keep that in mind! I usually it healthy, a lot of vegetables and fruits, no meat, so I do not have any deficits!

My workout is part of my daily business. It is really important to find a sort of sport for you which makes fun. For me there is nothing better than variations. I could not run every day. So I usually go running one day, do my spinning course the other day, some exercises with the crosstrainer the next time and in-between some weight training with some weights in the gym.

By now I can say that my workout is fun most of the time. Even if I have to force myself from time to time. The feeling after every workout is priceless: when I really worked off my ass, sweating all over, I feel like newborn.
