Dior Prêt-à-porter – Fall/Winter Collection 2016/2017

Hi my loves,

if someone is talking about Dior you straightly think about french nonchalance and elegance. denkt man unweigerlich an französiche Nonchalance und Eleganz. Not for nothing Dior is one of the most popular, exclusive and apprectiated fashion house in the world next to Chanel and (Yves) Saint Laurent. There is certainly no other label which has such a big prestige and grandeur! Everyone who is has ever entered a Dior store knows what I am talking about here. And I do not have to mention that I am extremely prone to french fashion because of my French roots, right?

When it comes to the fashion shows, Dior is overtrumping itself from season to season. Even though Raf Simons left the Couture house Dior is still shining with spectacular and lovely collections. There is nothing I wouldn’t buy straight away. Ok, you truly need to have the some money because some pieces really cost a little fortune but hey it is a real investment for sure. You will wear a “Diorama” or “Lady Dior” forever and always and probably in 20 years. You can also pass on the treasures to your daughter, she will be on fire!

So the current Fall/Winter Collection is one of my favourites so far. It has something to do with the best Make-up I have seen for months so far (very dark red, almost black lips + bow tie eyes) and with the new bags and shoes. How beautiful are the new “Diorama” models? I am totally in. Also the shoes got me like, I would never ever go out of these duocolore Ankle Boots again!

The clothes are magnificent as well. I need to get this orangered sweater with the Power-Puff shoulders. They always remind me of Melanie Griffith in “Working Girl” denken. It was such a great time and what a cool attitude! But also the coats, dresses and skirts are to die for.
