Enjoy the Venus smoothness on a little boat trip

Hi my loves,

You know that I am traveling a lot: from Meeting to Meeting, Event to Event and I love to wear pretty bermudas in summer. Is there anything better than smooth and intensive moistured shaved skin? I think not. Especially in summer we need this lightly and summerly happy feeling, our #venusgefühl, to feel comfortable all around.

Travel with my Gillette Venus Snap

The next weeks there will be some super exciting destinations. For example a boat trip on the Mediterranean Sea or the Fashion Week in Berlin. For this reason I need to get my legs in shape and summer ready immediately. Beside a lot of sports 🙂 I also swear on one thing: the little Gillette Venus Embrace Snap. It is so cute and practical at the same time because it is perfect for journeys and just as powerful as the usual Gillette Venus shavers. It does not need much space which is so precious when you are traveling and you need the space for all the clothes. Another advantage is that all Gillette Venus blades are suitable for the little Venus Snap handle. So nothing more to carry!

The Gillette Venus Embrace Snap in its practical size for traveling is one of my most important essentials for the upcoming weeks. As you might know I am not so good in making decisions when it comes to pretty things…so I also bought the big Gillette Venus Spa Breeze shaver. In this case you do not even need a shaving foam because the Gillette Venus Spa Breeze has some integrated moisture bars. Perfect for me! So it depends on my mood which shaver I am using. And it is also good for my hubby. The poor man does not need to carry a lot of my excess luggage anymore 🙂

Last but not least I want to share my personal tips for a shave with you:

• Take enough time for yourself and get into the right mood. For example with some scented candles and the right lightening (please do not start shaving at 6:00am in the morning before leaving for work)
• Before shaving I recommend to take a bath or at least a shower to soften skin and prepare it for shaving.
• I also pay attention to use a shaving gel or foam every time. With this the shave will be much better and softer. If I use the Gillette Venus Spa Breeze with integrated moisture bars I do not need any further shaving gel.
• Another important thing: please always shave against the grain (from the bottom to the top) This will ensure that all small hairs are captured.
• After the shave I always use a super moisturizing body lotion to calm down my skin and keep it smooth and soft.
