# How to style: off-shoulder #

Hi my loves,

today I show you another part of my “How to style” serial.

It is all about the “off-shoulder” Trend. I really like this trend but unfortunately it is also a little bit worn away because every second blogger is currently posting off-shoulder looks. I know it is not always easy and if there is a trend we really like it is popping almost everywhere. The same with me, I also bought an “off-shoulder” Top but I don’t know if I will post a look with it. We will see 🙂

But ok, a good reason to take a closer look at the new hype and give you some tips how to style this tricky top.

The tops are pretty cool and very, very sexy.  Arms and collar bones are perfectly put into the limelight. One thing is guaranteed: You will not be alone for a long time when you are wearing this off-shoulder look.

The Styling

So how to style the off-shoulder trend?

1) Off-shoulder + Flare Jeans

The 70ies Hype goes on and it is the most continuous trend this year. My personal favourite! A white off-shoulder blouse combined with a denim flare is extremely cool and casual. In addition some wedges and you are perfectly equipped!

2) Off-shoulder + Midi skirt

Midi skirts are perfect with cropped off-shoulder tops. This creates playfully a super feminine silhouette. There are so many variations. Currently I like monochrome styles which can be pepped up with coloured accessoires. Style it with pointed heels or if you like the sporty chic, with white sneakers.

3) Off-shoulder + Mom Jeans

My absolute favourite jeans! I never thought that this old form would really suit me. Meanwhile I am not wearing anything else. The jeans is extremely comfortable, casual and stylish at once. There is nothing worse than squeeze some body parts into those tight skinny jeans especially in summer, right? This is like horror to me! It doesn’t matter if you take a blue or black jeans. You can combine it with every off-shoulder top. Flats or heels, this is a matter of taste. Both is stunning!

Defined shoulders are a must

You should take in mind that those off-shoulder tops really accentuate your arms and shoulders. Of course only a few of us have arms like Michelle Obama so it is worth it to invest in some strengthening exercises. I personally prefer a combination of different strength exercises. Tracy Anderson is showing some great practices, just try it!

    Toller Post! Ich besitze Over-shoulder-Oberteile gar nicht. Aber eigentlich sieht es ja echt schön aus. 🙂
